Whizz for a few minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides once or twice. Add tahini and continue to whizz until everything is lovely and smooth.
Taste and season with salt, pepper and perhaps a little more lemon juice.

Just mix about half a stick of softened butter with one cup flour, two teaspoons brown sugar, and one teaspoon lemon juice. Mush it flat in the bottom of a spring form pan. Pre-bake it for about 5-10 minutes while you're mixing the batter, so it stays together and stays at the bottom of the pan.

Brownie
1/2 cup butter 1 cup white sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon baking powder Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8 inch square pan. In a large saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter. Remove from heat, and stir in sugar, eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat in 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overcook.

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup whole bran cereal
1 1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup badem/zeytin yagi
6 kasik yogurt
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Directions
Pour boiling water over oats and bran cereal, and let stand 10 minutes.
Combine the remaining ingredients, and add oat mixture to them. Pour into two 8 or 9 inch pans.
Bake at 375 degrees F ( 180 degrees C) for 40 minutes. To make muffins bake about 15 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
